How signing works

The whole process lives in one link and one PIN. You upload the document, your client opens it and signs — no accounts, no installs. What is left at the end is a signed PDF and a certificate of who signed it, when and from where.

1

Upload the file and mark where it gets signed

PDF, JPG, JPEG and PNG are accepted — up to 20 files per document, each up to 20 MB. If the document was photographed with a phone, the platform converts it into a PDF automatically. Then you drag the signature fields onto the preview — separately for each signer.

No printer, no scanner and no special software — just the file. If you sign the same thing every month, turn it into a template and the signature fields are remembered.

2

You send a link and a PIN by email

You add up to 5 signers at once — each with their own label ("Buyer", "Seller"), their own note and their own deadline. Each one receives an email from "your company via docx.bg" with a link to the document and an 8-character PIN. The note for your administrator stays internal and the client never sees it.

There is no email when the document is merely opened — opening, PIN entry and signing all show up in the dashboard and in the certificate. Emails arrive when a document is signed, when someone declines, when the document is complete and before the link expires.

3

The client signs from a phone, tablet or computer

They open the link, type the PIN from the email and review the original. Then they draw their signature with a finger or a mouse — or type their name and the platform renders it as a signature. The signing page is in Bulgarian and in English.

In the finished PDF, the name, the date and time and the IP address sit under every signature. If the client does not agree, they can decline — with a mandatory reason that you see right away. After signing they download a copy or email it to themselves.

4

Track everything from the dashboard

Documents are grouped by status — not sent, sent, signed, expiring soon, archived and deleted. The dashboard shows the volume over the last 30 days, a funnel from sent link through PIN unlock to signature, a comparison with the previous 30 days and which documents expire within 3 days.

The finished signed PDF is downloaded or forwarded straight from the dashboard, and the whole register exports to CSV.

Certificate of electronic signing

For every completed document the administrator downloads a separate PDF with the full timeline of the signing — exactly what an accounting or law firm wants to see in the file.

  • The certificate number and the document title.
  • Who uploaded the document and when, and when it was finalised.
  • For each signer — name, email, label and status.
  • When the link was sent, when it was opened, when the PIN was entered and when it was signed.
  • The link deadline, the IP address, the browser and the number of failed PIN attempts.

The certificate is available to the company administrator only — it is not sent to the signers.

What else is in there

  • Up to 5 signers at once

Each with their own label, their own signature fields, their own note and their own deadline. When everyone has signed you get a single combined PDF.

  • Your company signature in one click

The company profile holds several signatures and stamps alongside your company number, VAT number, address and authorised person. You apply them without drawing again.

  • Templates and a library

Contracts with dynamic fields — your company details and the date fill themselves in and the signature fields are remembered. Ready-made templates from the central library can be copied into your company.

  • Reminders and link deadlines

A link is valid for 14 days by default; you can change that or remove it. Reminders are off by default — switch them on and they go out every day at 9:00 and stop after a number you choose.

  • Bulk actions and export

Up to 200 documents at a time for archiving or reminders. The register exports to CSV.

  • Roles in the team

An administrator can do everything, a manager uploads, sends and manages templates and users, and a member only views and downloads. Colleagues are invited by email.

  • Archive, trash and address book

Deleting is reversible — a document goes to the trash instead of vanishing. The address book fills itself from the documents you send.

  • Two languages

The interface, the emails and the page where your client signs are in Bulgarian and in English.

That's it.

The average contract goes through these four steps in minutes. The time you save is the time that used to go into printing, scanning and chasing emails.

Walk through the steps with your own document.

In the demo we upload, send and sign together — with one of your real contracts instead of a sample, if you like.
