docx.bg uses cookies and similar technologies. This page explains what they are and what we use them for.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small files stored on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They let the site remember your actions and preferences (such as language and other display settings) for a period of time, so you do not have to enter them again every time you visit or move between pages.

What are cookies used for?

Cookies are used to adapt the content of the site to your preferences and to make it work better for you. They are also used to produce anonymous aggregate statistics that help us understand how the site is used, which in turn helps us improve its structure and content — without any access to personal information.

Which cookies do we use?

We use two kinds of cookies — session and persistent. Session cookies are temporary files created on your device until you leave the site. Persistent cookies remain on your device for the period set in the cookie, or until you delete them manually.

  • Essential — they remember the theme you chose (light or dark) and the language of the site. Without them your choice is lost on every page load.
  • Security — Cloudflare Turnstile checks that forms are not being filled in by a bot. These are set only on pages with a form.
  • Live chat — Tawk.to keeps a conversation identifier so the chat continues where you left off if you come back. It is set when the chat loads.
  • Traffic analysis — Google Analytics counts visits and shows which pages get read. It runs in consent mode: until you accept cookies in the banner, Google stores nothing on your device and receives only anonymous, unlinked signals.

Do cookies contain personal information?

Any personal information gathered through cookies can only be used to carry out specific operations for you. Such information is encrypted in a way that makes access by unauthorised parties impossible.

How do you control cookies?

You can control and delete cookies whenever you want. You can delete all cookies already stored on your device and set your browser to block them. If you do, you may have to adjust some settings manually every time, and some features may not work.
