Is it hard for clients?

No. The client receives an email with a link and an 8-character PIN, opens it and signs with a finger or a mouse. No registration, no installation and no special apps.

How is it proved that this particular person signed?

On top of the personal link, the signer receives an 8-character PIN at their own email address, and without it the document does not open. Five attempts are allowed per IP address every 15 minutes, and at most 50 for the link. The platform records when the link was sent, when it was opened, when the PIN was entered and when it was signed, with the IP address and the browser. The same name, date, time and IP address also sit under the signature in the finished PDF.

Can I see who signed and when?

Yes. Every document keeps a history: when it was uploaded, when it was sent, when it was opened, when the PIN was entered and when it was signed — with the IP address and the browser. The same information also downloads as a certificate of electronic signing.

What is the certificate of electronic signing?

Accepted Answer

A separate PDF that the administrator downloads for every completed document. It contains the certificate number, the document title, who uploaded it and when, when it was finalised, and for each signer the name, email, label, status, when the link was sent, when it was opened, when the PIN was entered, when it was signed, the deadline, the IP address, the browser and the number of failed PIN attempts. The certificate is for you only — the signers do not receive it.

What does the client see when signing?

A link in the email → they enter the 8-character PIN → review the original → draw a signature with a finger or a mouse, or type their name → sign. Then they download a copy or email it to themselves. The page is in Bulgarian and in English, with no training and no long instructions.

Question 6

How many people can sign one document?

Accepted Answer

Up to 5 signers at once. Each one receives their own link and their own PIN, and has their own label (for example "Buyer" and "Seller"), their own signature fields and their own deadline. When everyone has signed you get a single combined PDF with all the signatures.

How long does the signing link stay valid?

Accepted Answer

Fourteen days by default. You can change the period in your company settings or remove it altogether. Documents expiring within 3 days are listed separately in the dashboard, and email reminders can be switched on — they go out every day at 9:00 and stop after a number you choose. They are off by default.

What if the client does not agree to sign?

They can decline straight from the signing page, but they have to give a reason. You receive an email with the refusal and the reason, and the document stays in the dashboard with that status.

What if the document was photographed with a phone?

The platform converts it into a PDF automatically. You can upload PDF, JPG, JPEG or PNG.

Which files can I upload?

PDF, JPG, JPEG and PNG — up to 20 files per document, each up to 20 MB. All of them are converted into PDF automatically, so the signed document is always in the same format.

Does the client need to register?

No. The client creates no account and downloads no app — they only use the link you sent.

Can I set up ready-made templates?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Templates are documents with dynamic fields — your company details and the date fill themselves in and the signature fields are remembered. When issued, a template becomes a PDF and enters the normal flow. There is also a central library of ready-made templates that your company can copy and adjust.

Can several people from my company use the platform?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on the BUSINESS and PRO plans. The START plan is for a single user. Colleagues are invited by email and get a role — administrator (sees and can do everything, including the logs and the certificates), manager (uploads, sends, maintains templates, SMS and users, but cannot delete) or member (views and downloads only). One person can work in several companies.

Do I get notified when a document is signed?

Yes — an email when a document is signed, when someone declines (with the reason) and when the document is complete, plus a warning before the link expires. There is no email when the document is merely opened; that shows up in the dashboard and in the certificate. The link and the PIN can also be sent by SMS from the dashboard, using prepaid credits.

What happens if I exceed my plan's document limit?

Plans cover up to 50, 200 and 600 documents per month. If your volume grows, you move to the next plan — get in touch and we will arrange it.

How is the subscription billed?
